| Rates shown are per
room night and subject to 7% government tax
& 12.84% service charge. Reservations need
to be guaranteed by credit card or cash deposit.
Breakfast is additional at $ 13.50 per person
exclusive of 5% tax. There
are no minimum stay requirements (unless
indicated or during special events and holidays).
Cancellation & no-show policy
Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of
arrival or no-show reservations are subject
to a 1 night summer (15 April 2007 - 14
September 2007), 1 night shoulder (September
15, 2007-December 14, 2007) and a 3 nights
winter (15 December 2007 - 14 April 2007)
penalty, if applicable.
Exception:
Reservations cancelled within 30
days before arrival are subjected to a full
stay penalty for Christmas 2006 (15 December
2007 - 03 January 2008). Early check-outs
will be charged for the entire stay from
20 December 2007 till 10 January 2008.
A minimum of 5 night stay is required
for the mentioned period.
